Light Rail Transport
Light rail serves as the primary mode of commuting and for transport and distribution of products. It is partly covered and provides a view of the Inner Loop. Visible from most parts of the city, it circles continuously and requires no schedule. Designed to be quiet, it does not disturb but complements the surrounding parkways. Access is all-weather via covered paths and tunnels.
